Holiday Reminders

Wow I hope everyone is getting around safe and sound where ever they are, because here on the island it is UGLY!!!! Snow and sleet and wind and cold and, OK I will stop whining now!

So I just wanted to give everyone a quick heads up for the holiday Season...

We will be closing at 2pm on December 24th and will not reopen until the 27th! We will be closed again on the 31st and January 1st and then everything goes on as per usual!

NEW YEAR CROPS

Well we are booking up FAST for New year crops and I just want to give you some news on those.

In January we will have been asked to join the Kinette Club of Juan de Fuca to help raise money for Bravery Beads for Victoria Hospital.
To Give you a quick explanation if you have never heard of bravery beads. This is a program in the hospitals for children, when they finish a procedure or reach a goal in there recovery from life threatening disease.
If you are looking to get away from it all right after Christmas

Cost $30.00 for 8ft. table & goodie bagDoor prizes to be won.

In February will be our second time helping out at the MS Crop in Shawnigan Lake. We are thrilled to have been invited back to help this cause (and of course our good friend Char!)

When: Saturday February 7th, 2009
Time: 9:00 am - 9:00 pm
Cost: $65 (fee due upon registration)
* Fee includes - a welcome goody bag/ beverages/ lunch & dinner/ snacks/ 3 on-site stores (The Paper Crate/ Tin Box Creations/ Treasured Memories)/ door prizes/ make n takes (provided by Scrapbookin’ Adventures)/ raffle draws.
